Northeast Radiology has convenient locations in Brewster and Mount Kisco, NY, and Danbury, CT. Our offices are owned by local physicians and we are convenient to where you live, work, and shop in Putnam, Westchester, and Fairfield counties.
Northeast Radiology has plenty of available parking, right in front of our offices. You will be able to park your car safely, closely, and for free. You will not have to circle our parking lots, you will not have to hand your keys to a valet, and you definitely will not have to pay to park at Northeast Radiology.
We are here when you need us, and offer extended hours, including nights and weekends. When you call to schedule your appointment, we can likely accommodate you with a same day or next day appointment.
We make your time with us as pleasant as it can be. We offer Wi-Fi in our waiting rooms. Longer tests, like an MRI, can have the music of your choice available on satellite radio.
Northeast Radiology accepts most medical insurance plans. If you have health insurance, you can call us for an estimate of cost to you. We also offer fair prices for medical imaging studies not paid for by insurance. If you do not have insurance, you can contact us to be given a fair price immediately.
We know that when you have a test, you want to know the results. Northeast Radiology now offers a Patient Portal where you can log-in and view your test results.
We find that waiting even a day for these results can cause anxiety for mammography patients. That is why we offer Results Now™ . With Northeast Radiology’s Results Now™ program, a specialist interprets your mammogram within minutes. You can leave our office with the results. If everything is normal, which typically it is, you will walk out with peace of mind. If there are any further tests that are needed, our caring staff will walk you through the next steps. Northeast Radiology’s team will help you make informed choices, provide comprehensive support, schedule appointments and consultations rapidly, and coordinate all your providers and procedures.
For our mammography patients there are times when additional testing will be needed. Some patients may need a breast biopsy. We also make available to you specialty-trained Breast Care Coordinators, nurses who will answer your questions, gather information, and share resources with you.
Getting your results quickly is not just important to you, it is also important to the doctor ordering your exam. Physicians rely on diagnostic imaging to help them make accurate diagnoses. We relay the results of your test to your physician quickly, typically within 24 hours. We find that referring doctors often want to view the images, and may even want to review them with you. We have a Picture Archiving and Communicating System (PACS) available to your doctors, which allows them to quickly and securely log in to review your study.
