Patients at Northeast Radiology who register for our patient portal can access all of their results using our secure HIPAA compliant on-line server at any time from any place. Your physicians also have on-line access to your results and images using our secure server.

High quality medical imaging is not cheap. Having said that, costs vary greatly between providers. In most cases, your out of pocket costs at Northeast Radiology will be much lower than at other hospital and group practices in our communities. Your savings at Northeast Radiology could be hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars.
Before you schedule your imaging procedure, consider the quality of the imaging center and also the cost to you. At Northeast Radiology, our quality is second to none. All of our facilities are fully accredited by the FDA and the American College of Radiology. All of our physicians are board certified and have subspecialty fellowship training. Many of our doctors are listed among America’s Best Doctors.
Once you have assured yourself of the quality at Northeast Radiology, please check with your insurance company or call us to find out what the examination will cost you. Many insurance companies now offer on-line tools to estimate your out of pocket expenses. Each imaging provider should be able to tell you what you will be expected to pay – to not do so is unethical. Make sure you ask for the complete cost. Some hospitals may bill you separately for the facility (hospital) fee and the professional (physician) fee. At Northeast Radiology, there is one global bill – no surprise charges you were not told of. If a facility refuses to tell you the cost of a test, don’t schedule it with them – they are not proud of their costs.
